I was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA and traveled to Florida where I Graduated from Florida State University. I have been the Operations Manager @ 1520 Magnolia going on six years and totaling 12 + in Property Management. I have been married for 15+ years and we have one teen age son Nicholas. He keeps us busy with high school football and wrestling. I love to cook for my family both big and small. My wife and I are both passionate and committed to customer service. I am a proud Italian who is a diehard Steeler fan and I bleed garnet and gold. My hobbies include golf and cooking. As a family we love to spend time with each other and laugh. You can always catch us watching the big game.

Born in New Jersey via New York via Florida and now I am proud to be a Carolian for the last ten years. I have been married for 15+ years with one teen age son Nicholas. Yes, I work and have worked with my husband for the last ten years and absolutely love it. He loves to cook and I love to eat, so it is a match made in heaven. I enjoy watching my son grow up in sports both football and now in wrestling. I am a Yankee at heart but have embraced the true southern charm. I have two younger brothers and my mother is my best friend. We love to spend time as a family and are the true mantra live, love, and eat. The mountains and the beach are very high on my favorite things to do list.

I grew up in Chapel Hill and then attended UNC Charlotte. My family still resides in Chapel Hill and we love the tar heels. I am a certified personal trainer and a level one track and field coach and I am truly passionate about staying fit. My interests include spending time with my son Kenny and my life partner. I enjoy running, mountain biking, good food, great wine, and better friends. We love to travel to the mountains and to the beach. You can always catch me reading a good magazine.

Raised in Oxford, NC and attended NC State university but don’t tell the Pack that I am a diehard Duke fan. I have been married since 1982 to my wonderful wife sherry with three children, Tyler, Trey, and Camryn. I am a new proud grandfather. I have been with Estates Management for 16 years and have been @ 1520 since construction. I am a certified CPO and CFC. My hobbies include golf and attending sporting events especially the Blue devils. I love to spend time with my family and I love great food.

Born and raised in Philadelphia, PA however I have been in North Carolina for the last 30 years. I raised four beautiful children and I am now a grandfather of 9, yes 9 grandchildren. I am proud to say that I still have great energy and enthusiasm and I hope to never slow down. I am a certified CPO and HVAC; however my true passion was for automobile repair where I served as a tech for over 30 years. My hobbies include tinkering with computers and fixing cars. I love to spend time with my family and enjoy the people of 1520 Magnolia.
